PROGRESAR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ARTICLE 1.- The current amount of the Progresar scholarship is established as equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Total Basic Basket (CBT) of the equivalent adult published by INDEC, considering the last published value. ARTICLE 2.- The following shall be incorporated as the second paragraph of Article 18 of Law 27,726: "...It shall be adjusted quarterly, as established in Article 1." ARTICLE 3.- The following shall be incorporated as Article 26 bis of Law 27,726: The budget allocations for the program created by this law cannot be directed towards purposes other than those for which they were assigned. ARTICLE 4.- The provisions of this law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. ARTICLE 5.- Communicate to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER.
